ADDICTED!!!!

To Mountain Dew and Coke?

I am! I can't help myself. I have to have one or the other at least once a day. You know I don't understand because when I was pregnant and breastfeeding (for a total of like 5 years) I never drank either for the baby's sake but now I can't help myself. I literally have a problem with this. Anyone else? Give me some tips here! lol

Ha, that burn is the best part ! For some reason I have always been afraid to drink too much coffee because while growing up all the adults I knew were all addicted to coffee and just had to have it in the morning. So instead I started drinking soda in the morning, and it has become my morning coffee :-).

Well its nice to know I'm not the only one who needs their soda each day. I love it and want it and need one when I first wake up! its just too good not to have and YUM! The satisfaction of the burn (you know that ain't healthy! lol) when its going down! haha

I can't stand going a day without soda, but it can be done without me freaking out too much. As Scribbler said, just replace it with something else if you think you have a problem. Try some water with a lemon or even fruit juice. I have done this before and I know it's not even close to the same as an ice cold, sweet, and bubbly Coke :-). But you know, one a day is not really that bad at all. It's those that drink can after can per day that need to worry a bit more.

Honestly I think I'm in the minority here because I detest sodas. Mountain Dew has the highest caffeine levels of all the sodas I heard, but don't quote that as gospel. You could always check the can and see if that's right. I'm bad enough with coffee, so it's probably a good thing I stay away from it! If you seriously feel you want to cut down, try alternating them with a glass of water, but one a day's not a lot in my book. :)

start by researching high fructose corn syrup. There you will find the begining of the rabbit hole.
