We're opposites then Tongyun, I'm practically immune to most venoms and poisons. Even poison ivy hardly has an effect on me, dunno how I got such an immunity though, it's rare that I get bitten or stung in the first place. Now that I think about it, the only time I've ever been stung was... over fourteen years ago? If that?
Four inches long??? I think I'd have to take a baseball bat to that sucker. That is one huge spider. Did you get any closer to see what kind of spider it was? LOL
AriesWren-I think if I was bitten by a brown recluse, I'd probably go into anaphylactic shock because of my allergies and then die. That's why it's either me or them and I'm bigger. LOL
Ooh, nasty. I had a series of brown recluse bites a wee while ago. They didn't get serious, but they were nasty as Hell. The amount of pus was just yuck.
I think it's dead now, I put a lot of poison in my room.
This was in an abandoned prison in Brazil. Just to put it into perspective, that spider is about 4 inches long. We were walking around this old buildings and then noticed dozens of these guys hanging overhead.
That is one of the creatures that gets automatically stepped on in my house. LOL I am allergic to spider bites. The bites swell up and become hot to the touch. So I figure when I see a spider, it's either me or it...and since it's in my house, it loses.
